Echo Show 5 3rd gen Working???

Has anyone managed to get monocle to work with the current Echo Show 5. I purchased one for Xmas and cannot get the show to display the video. It detects the device, I can validate the RTSP stream from the camera (Unifi G3 flex) but the Show will not display the stream, saying there is no response from the camera!
