Phylink cameras

Hi,

I only have partial success with these cameras and Alexa:

• Phylink PLC-129PW only works with basic authentication
• PhylinkPLC-336SPW doesn’t work at all even with annoymous login . Alexa says the camera isn’t responding.

What should I do now? Any tips appreciated.

Often times it’s related to the audio stream. Some of the tips in the link above will walk you thru the most common issues.

Update: I got the Phylink cameras to work using the gateway on a raspberryPi. This was needed in order to use digest authentication. If I used basic then I don’t need the gateway.
