Alexa initlalizes the RTSP stream and then does nothing.

Hi there, I’ve just set up the gateway and it seems to be running and tested the DNS on my pc but Alexa seems to not even try to connect since after the initialize request just times out. Please help

Okay, I’ve got it working appears to be the fact I am using the echo show 5 since it works on my fire tv. Is there any idea of when this is going to be supported?
