Genbolt Cameras
-
Hi There
Shout out to the community for help. I am experiencing connectivity issues between my Genbolt GB209X cameras, the Monocle Gayway and Amazon Echo Show 5. The camera device is discovered by the Alexa but it simply states that “the camera isn’t responding”
The video feed is rtsp://192.168.1.26/2, 800x600, H264, G711, Auth =None. These settings have all been verified using VLC. Windows firewall has been disabled, and i am able to ping the FQDN for the monocle server from another machine on the network. I have tried all the tags @tunnel, @proxy, @proxy-tcp. None of which appear to work. Please refer to the log below:

Did you ever solve your issue? I am experiencing something that looks very similar (and have just posted about it) and my logs also look very similar (Alexa connects to stream, cameras send 200 responses, then Alexa just closes the stream). In my case the camera is Chortau C63S, but I think Genbolt and Chortau hardware and software is the same as both of them respond with “server”: “Hipcam RealServer/V1.0”
