Firestick 4K 3rd generation with Hikvision IPC

Hi! I have created rtsp links (for main and sub streams) for my hikvision cameras and they work. I have set the main stream to a maximum of 1080p and sub-stream to 720p in the camera configuration web pages. I have installed the gateway and ran it on my iMac (latest MacOS). I have enabled the Alexa skill on my echo dot (3rd generation and latest firmware). Nothing seams to work!!! When I give a voice command to echo dot to show me one of the IPC, the Firestick starts loading the image but then Alexa says: “the camera is not responding”. I live in beirut, Lebanon! Could that be the issue? Any ideas? Kindly help :)

@Rabi Not sure why the lack of response from Monocle but they say that the 4K is currently not supported and a ‘workaround’ is being sought, but it has been like this for quite sometime now. I also have the 4K and Alexa just says ‘Hmm, the camera isn’t responding’. I’m not sure they are aware how to fix.
