LaView and Alexa

Hello, I ran into an issue with Alexa. I added the cameras and tested the RTSP stream everything worked but Alexa saying camera is not responding.

Hey,
What Alexa device do you have? One thing I need to do is match the Alexa resolution to my sub stream resolution. 1920x1080 might be a bit heavy.

@FineSir i have echo show 8. Tested the rstp stream and all channels seem to be working fine. My cameras 4k. I don’t know if that’s a problem? Laview Lv-n9608c8e

Hey try 1280x800 for your sub stream in the NVR. Also can you provide logs form the gateway showing this change? Have you tried the @tunnel tag?
Make sure it is h264.Cheers

I couldn’t find where to set the sub stream or main stream resolution. The only only to choose is sub stream. I checked on vlc player for sub stream channel 102. Resolution shows 640×360 for sub stream. Tried to change that in camera feed and i still didn’t work. Add @tunnel tag and it still didn’t work.
