@jwwhite This is an old thread. But I just got my SV3C camera working Monocle to Alexa.

I used rtsp://<ip>:554/stream0 for the URL

Authentication: DIGEST
Audio Codec: None
Tags: @proxy @noaudio

What finally fixed it for me was to login to the camera configuration, set the resolution to 1080P and save the profile and disable the audio

Hope this helps someone. Might work for other generic IP cameras too

Just confirmed this is exactly my issue too. UniFi cams work on echo show 8 but not on echo hub. Thought I was going crazy.

@Monocle Hi Robert, unfortunately it seems to have as it was working for so long i hadn’t changed the settings, I have a Unifi G4 Doorbell, and because the high resolution was higher than 1080, i chose medium resolution at 960x720, when first trying it would not work, so i then had to set the video resolution to 1080 and it would work. I’m really not sure what else it may have been as i hadn’t changed a thing.

Did you have any issue getting unifi-os shell to run. I am not able to get this to run once ssh in.
