Everything works very well with me.
However, when I say alexa show me the front door it takes
about 8 to 10 seconds until the picture appears. Actually, it should be 2 to 3 seconds, according to the description.
Use the sub-stream with the smallest resolution.
      What else can I do?

Hey, I have the same problem with 10seconds to load stream, but two cameras work with @proxy-tcp faster, they need 5s.
@Monocle with @tunnel wont work any camera. With @proxy work all of them, but some are faster with @proxy-tcp but other are slower. Are there any other options to test? I have tp-link, edimax and tenvis cameras.

What make/model of camera are you using?

In my experience, Dahua based cameras like Amcrest, newer Lorex, etc will show their streams in 3-5 seconds. Most others seem to take closer to 10 seconds.

              Thanks, Robert

I use Foscam Fl9805 and Fl9900. Both need 10 sec.

Unfortunately not. I believe the latency is due to the platform and RTPS/Codec implementation on the small embedded device. I have tested similar camera stream on a Raspberry Pi (embedded ARM-based device) and experienced similar latency.
